  • Homes which have plants and trees which encroach into CDD areas
    The CDD has started enforcement action against a resident who has encroached into a CDD area. We received a note from this resident in May 2025 which stated that multiple homes had landscaping plants and trees which encroached into the CDD area. A detailed inspection was performed and none of these showed a problem for the CDD. The results are as shown in this comprehensive inspection: PDF | RTF
